Calcium and bones has been something that was told to me since a child. Bones need calcium. But do they really need it? Should we be drinking cows milk to get it? The picture is more complex than we are first led to believe and we may be placing too much focus on calcium and not enough focus on how to use it correctly.
Intermittment fasting is the practice on fasting for long periods of the day or over many days. Usually this approach is complemented by a diet of nutrient dense foods like nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies and minimal to no animal-derived foods. One man Dr Amen Ra has taken it to the extreme and dedicated his life to controlling the aging process and his health through this approach coupled with excercise, strectching and meditation.
